You are welcome Cara. My 10 year old has expressed an interest in animation so I was telling him about Ringling and came across the portfolio. I've watched your film the most out of all of them.

I hope you don't mind, but I also posted a link to your deviantArt page on my facebook page so that others could see your film. Let me know if you'd prefer me to remove the link. I suppose I should have asked first. :)

No of course not, thanks for the exposure! :) Ringling is a great school, and the younger he get involved in the arts the better he'll do once he gets there. We even take a year of traditional animation which I thought was the most fun, although time consuming! I took some cheap art classes at the local community college to get started (watercolors, drawing) perhaps they have some summer kids classes. If he (or you) ever have any questions about art school, the industry, feel free to send me a note!

Thanks for the info Cara. We used to live in Sarasota and have known people who attended Ringling. I've even considered applying. All of my kids have an interest in some form of creativity so I highly encourage it. I agree that the earlier they get started, the better. Good luck with your future projects. I hope to see more of your work soon.
